Resumen
El papel del líder en las organizaciones ha resultado de especial interés a lo largo de los
años tanto para teóricos como para los propios líderes y su interés en mejorar. La forma en la
que se ejerce liderazgo es fundamental para llevar a la empresa al éxito pero, no solo el líder es
importante al respecto, el equipo organizacional también lo es. Es por ello que este Trabajo de
Fin de Grado se centra en una revisión teórica sobre el liderazgo y sus tipos con el objetivo de
conocer su significado y los enfoques que abarcan las formas y estilos de ejercerlo que más
han destacado. Además, se abordarán elementos más actuales como la influencia de la
inteligencia emocional en el liderazgo y el concepto coaching aplicado a este ámbito, con el fin
de conocer y explicar esta nueva técnica de la que tanto se habla.
The role of the leader in organizations has been of special interest over the years both for theorist and for the leaders themselves and their interest in improving. The way in which leadership is exercised is essential to lead the company to success, but not only the leader is important in this regard, the organizational team is also important.That is why this Final Degree Project focuses on a theoretical review of leadership and types with the aim of knowing it’s meaninf and the approaches that include the forms and styles of exercising it that have most stood out. In addition, more current elements such as the influence of emotional intelligence in leadership and the coaching concept applied to this area will be addressed, in order to know and explain this new technique that is so much talked about.
