To evaluate the results of the program, the 14-Item Resilience Scale (ER-14), Satisfaction with Life Scale (ESV), Abbreviated Self-Control Scale (EAC-A), and the Perceived Stress Scale (EEP) will be used. It is expected to achieve an increase in resilience and perceived self-control, as well as less perceived stress, which will lead to greater life satisfaction.
