Resumen
[ES] Las grandes empresas se enfrentan en ocasiones ante grandes
oportunidades de negocio como puede ser un contrato sometido a
concurso por un organismo público. Estas oportunidades deben ser
aprovechadas de manera que ofrezcan mejores servicios que la
competencia. Para ello la mejor forma es hacer un análisis
presupuestario adaptado, donde la empresa pueda obtener una
imagen de la rentabilidad futura esperada y así tomar las
decisiones adecuadas sobre la participación o no al mismo.
En este caso lo que se pretende es reflejar los resultados que
obtendría una gran empresa del sector de los servicios si llevara a
cabo un contrato de limpieza en el Complejo Hospitalario de Jaén,
de manera que la empresa pueda valorar mejorar el servicio
prestado. Este estudio se ha llevado a cabo mediante el desarrollo
del sistema presupuestario asociado a tal servicio, basándonos en
los datos históricos de que dispone la empresa.
Como principal resultado se apoya la decisión de participar en el
concurso tras conocer su alta rentabilidad y se propone una mejor
calidad de los servicios prestados aunque implique mayores
costes.
[EN] Sometime the biggest companies are in front of great opportunities of business, as it could be a contrat submitted by contest from a public organization. These opportunities should be taken on advantage offering better services than the competence. The best way to do it is to make an adapted budget report, where the Company could be able to give an image of future profitability and by this way, take the decision about participation in the matter in question. The aim of the present article, is to show the results that a big company of the service sector would get taking a cleaning contract of the Jaen’s hospital complex, so that the company could improve the service. This study has been carried out developing a budgetary system according to the service, based on the historical data available to the company. As the main result is supported the decision of taking part in the contest, after knowing the high profitability and it propose a better quality of the services, althougth it implies higher costs.
