Resumen
[ES] El trabajo tiene el objetivo de realizar un análisis estratégico de la
spin-off de la Universidad de Jaén Integración Sensorial y
Robótica S.L. para, tras hacer todos los análisis correspondientes,
poder hallar la estrategia más adecuada para su crecimiento. El
estudio se divide en cuatro puntos de vista de la empresa:
primero, una descripción general de la compañía; segundo,
analizaremos el entorno externo, usando el análisis PESTEL, y un
estudio del sector; tercero, un análisis interno funcional y otro
sobre los recursos y las capacidades; y por último un análisis
DAFO, del que extraeremos los datos necesarios para hacer la
propuesta estratégica de mejora. En la propuesta de mejora
propondremos que haya una consolidación de las fortalezas, en
paralelo a un impulso comercial y de posicionamiento en el
mercado.
[EN] The aim of this project is to carry out a strategic study of one of the University of Jaen spin-off's (Sensory and Robotic Integration S.L.). Only after reasoning all the corresponding tests, the most appropriate strategy for his growth, could be found. The research is divided in four different points of view in the company: firstly, a general description of the company; secondly, the external environment, using the PESTEL analysis, and a study of the sector; thirdly, an internal functional analysis and another on resources and capabilities; and finally a SWOT analysis, where the required information will be extracted in order to find the strategical improvement proposal needed to achieve a consolidation of the company's health, concurring with a commercial impulse and a brand positioning in the market.
