PLAN DE NEGOCIO: ACADEMIA DE LEYENDAS

Abstract

[ES] En este proyecto se desarrolla una idea de negocio, la cual consiste en la creación de una plataforma web dónde jugadores profesionales (denominados coach) entrenarán a jugadores que quieran subir de nivel en el juego League Of Legends. Nos situaremos en un espacio Coworking de la provincia de Jaén, el cual nos ofrece numerosos beneficios para ejercer el emprendimiento. Para que todo esto sea posible, se necesita conocer el entorno interno y general de la empresa y analizar diferentes variables que se deben saber antes de la puesta en marcha, para ver si la idea es viable económicamente. Al final del proyecto, conoceremos si todo lo que se muestra en el papel se puede llevar a la realidad.

[EN] In this project, it is developed a business idea, which consists of the creation of a web plataform where profesional players will train players who want to level up in the League of Legends game. We will be located in a Coworking space in the province of Jaén, which offers us numerous benefits to exercise entrepreneurship. For all this to be possible, it is necessary to know the internal and general environment of the company and analyze different variables that must be known before starting up to see if the idea is economically vialbe. At the end of the project, we will know if everything that is shown on paper can be brought to reality.
