Abstract

[ES] Análisis centrado en la evolución de las medidas adoptadas por el Consejo de Europa en materia de terrorismo. En el marco europeo, desde el surgimiento del Consejo de Europa como órgano garante de la protección de los derechos humanos, este ha ocupado una posición predominante en las medidas destinadas a la lucha contra el terrorismo si bien, desde tiempos anteriores tuvieron lugar las primeras actividades catalogadas como terrorismo. Además, de un estudio sobre la repercusión en el panorama internacional de las respectivas medidas adoptadas por este órgano así como la evolución de las mimas fruto de las distintas manifestaciones de este fenómeno.
