The analyses showed adequate results (adjusted R2 = 0.75). In addition, the results show that during the days with EF and self- determined motivational profile show higher levels of PA and lower levels of CS. It can be concluded that it is necessary to increase hours of PE, MVPA, self-determining motivation towards PA and active travel, as well as to decrease SB attitudes related to screens and barriers to active commuting.
