[EN] This project is about how the incivism is awareness and tolerated in the engineering context, under cover. The participants in this project must answer a questionnaire to measure these two variables, as observers of the case described in the questionnaire. For this purpose, descriptive statistical data and ANOVAs must be performed in order to contract the results, which must be developed explaining if they are statistically significant or not. In this study, the results do not have any statistically significant effect, which means, no gender differences are perceived as the dependent variables. Finally, there is a discussion and a conclusion where we explain that the study is a newfangled research since there are no other projects on this subject in the field of social psychology and occupational health. It is intended to sensitize organizations to end this incivility.
