(ES)Este documento tiene la finalidad de hacerle entender a los emprendedores YusApi que no solo están
creando una nueva idea de negocio, sino que también, hay una persona detrás que tiene emociones y
sentimientos que - de forma consciente e inconsciente- proyecta en su empresa y entorno.
Por medio de la ejecución de un diagnóstico – con preguntas de índole personal y de la organización- se
obtendrá la información suficiente para poder comprender el perfil del emprendedor, comprendiendo
así sus habilidades directivas y de negociación, las cuales están directamente relacionadas con el plan
de acción a llevar a cabo en su empresa.
A través de diferentes herramientas de gestión, tales como análisis DAFO, metodología CANVAS,
etcétera, se llevará a cabo un plan estratégico y plan de marketing digital, junto a la elaboración y
ejecución de un plan de acción para esta empresa jiennense.
(EN)Working alongside local institutions, we plan to collaborate with a local company called YusApi. The main focus of the proposal is ensured entrepreneurs understand that they are not only starting a business, but also contributing parts of their personhood and emotions into the company and environment - consciously or unconsciously. A diagnosis will be performed using questions of a personal and organizational nature, until sufficient information is gathered to understand the profile of the entrepreneur. With a better idea of their management and negotiation skills, a more precise plan of action for their business can be decided. In addition, different management tools will be applied such as SWOT analysis, CANVAS mythology, etc. This will be done alongside a strategic and digital marketing plan.
