Programa de intervención basado en mindfulness y compasión para reducir el acoso escolar/bullying

Resumen
[ES] El presente programa de intervención pretende ofrecer una vía alternativa para reducir el acoso escolar entre jóvenes adolescentes de doce y trece años a través del desarrollo de técnicas basadas en mindfulness y compasión, las cuales aún no habían sido utilizadas para este cometido. Con el fin de lograrlo, se perseguirán una serie de objetivos específicos, siendo estos: el incremento de la atención plena, de la autocompasión, de la empatía y de la bondad amorosa y compasión. Para ello, se proponen una serie de sesiones que se irán trabajando a lo largo de cuatro meses y medio y donde el alumno debe colaborar de forma activa. Si este programa se aplicase y los resultados obtenidos fuesen favorables, sería un gran aliado no sólo para reducir conductas de acoso, sino también para formar individuos más humanos.
[EN] The current intervention program aims to offer an alternative way to reduce bullying in teenagers between twelve and thirteen years through the development of several techniques based on mindfulness and compassion, which hadn ́t been used to reach that goal by the moment. In order to achieve it, we will establish a series of specific objectives: Increasing of mindfulness, both self-compassion and compassion, empathy and lovely kindness. We propose a series of training sessions where the students must cooperate in an active way along four and half months. If this program was applied and the results were positive, it would be a great ally not only for reducing harassment behavior, also for educating better people.
