The presence of emotionally intelligent, resilient teachers with a good self-concept will bring benefits to this professional when facing situations with determination, empathy and self-confidence. In addition, it will influence the creation of a positive environment and the improvement of your student's emotional intelligence. Therefore, an intervention program is proposed for future teachers focused on improving emotional intelligence through strengthening resilience and self-concept. In the evaluation, we will use The Rotterdam Emotional Intelligence Scale (REIS), the Resilience Scale (RS-14) and the Self-Concept Questionnaire (AF5). Dedicating time to the training of emotionally intelligent teachers is essential to achieve improved social well-being.
