LA MUSICOTERAPIA EN PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL: UN PROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN COMO ESTRATEGIA DIDÁCTICA PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA AUTOESTIMA

[ES]Este trabajo se centra en la discapacidad, en concreto, en la discapacidad intelectual y como el tener una
autoestima alta favorece a estas personas y de esta manera, se crea una mayor autonomía. Otro de los
aspectos que investigo es sobre la musicoterapia aplicada a las personas con discapacidad, considerada
como una herramienta terapéutica importante para personas con discapacidad intelectual, con el objetivo
de satisfacer sus necesidades físicas, emocionales, mentales, sociales y cognitivas. A través de la
Musicoterapia, se puede desarrollar el potencial de cada una de las personas que presenten esta
discapacidad, reparar funciones del individuo y que de esta manera, poder alcanzar tanto su integración
interpersonal como la intrapersonal. Para llevar todo esto a la práctica, decidí elaborar un proyecto
cultural socioeducativo, basado en la realización de un taller de musicoterapia, con el que pretendo
desarrollar su integración social y cultural en cada una de las actividades.
[EN]This work focuses on disability, specifically, on intellectual disability and how having high self-esteem favors these people and in this way, greater autonomy is created. Another aspect that I investigate is about music therapy applied to these people with disabilities and considered as an important therapeutic tool for people with intellectual disabilities with the aim of satisfying their physical, emotional, mental, social and cognitive needs. Through Music Therapy, the potential of each person with this disability can be developed, the individual's functions can be repaired and, in this way, their interpersonal and intrapersonal integration can be achieved. To put all this into practice, I decided to develop a socio- educational cultural project, based on the realization of a music therapy workshop, with which I intend to develop their social and cultural integration in each of the activities.
