IMPUESTO SOBRE SUCESIONES Y DONACIONES

Abstract

El propósito de este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG), es estudiar el Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones (ISD) y hacer una comparación entre las Comunidades Autónomas (CCAA). Este trabajo se centrará en estudiar las diferencias que puede ocasionar las distintas normativas de las Comunidades Autónomas. Las diferentes normativas del ISD, provoca una gran desigualdad fiscal entre las CCAA, ya que, dan lugar a diferencias entre los contribuyentes de este impuesto según su criterio de territorialidad, esto ha podido ocasionar la movilización de personas y capitales, por lo que sería acertado revisar dicha normativa e igualar este impuesto. Se realiza un estudio cuantitativo de la carga tributaria que le corresponde al contribuyente, el tipo de bien objeto de la transmisión y el grado de parentesco, dependiendo de la Comunidad Autónoma resida la persona.

The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to study the Tax on Inheritance and Donations and make a comparison between the Autonomus Communities. This work will focus on studying the differences that can cause the different regulations of the Autonomous Communities. The different regulations of the ISD, causes a great fiscal inequality between the CCAA, since, they give rise to differences between the taxpayers of this tax according to their territoriality criteria, this has been able to cause the mobilization of people and capitals, so it would be right review said regulations and match this tax. A quantitative study of the tax burden that corresponds to the taxpayer, the type of property subject to the transfer and the degree of kinship is carried out, depending on the Autonomous Community the person resides
