dc.description.abstract	[ES] El presente trabajo se ha desarrollado con el fin de conocer la protección diferencial para transformadores de potencia ,y desarrollar un modelo de un relé de protección diferencial para transfomadores trifásicos de potencia, para su uso en simulaciones con el programa MATLAB-SIMULINK. El relé incorpora funciones de discriminación de estados mediante el uso de la transformada Wavelet, así como poder ser completamente configurable.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	[EN] This work was perfonned in order to study the differential protection of power transformers and develop a model of a differential protection relay for three-phase power transformers for use in slmulations with MATLAB-SIMULINK program. The relay lncorporate state discrimination functions by using wavelet transform and it is fully configurable.	es_ES
