El Derecho Fundamental de la Libertad Religiosa

Abstract

La libertad religiosa es un derecho fundamental con el que contamos todas las personas en España, y mediante el cual se atenderán a las convicciones que cada uno crea pertinentes en cada caso. La libertad religiosa dota a cada individuo con el derecho de seguir su propia ideología sin restricción alguna. Esto quiere decir que cada persona podrá creer en lo que quiera, sin prohibiciones. España es un estado laico y por lo tanto no se obliga a adherirse a ninguna confesión religiosa. El objeto de este trabajo es profundizar sobre el derecho fundamental de la libertad religiosa en el que podremos observar desde los antecedentes anteriores a la democracia, a los antecedentes posteriores a esta, y como no en nuestro sistema educativo, en el que ha habido números cambios a lo largo de los años.

Religious freedom is a fundamental right that we all have in Spain, and through which the convictions that each one believes pertinent in each case will be attended to. Religious freedom endows each individual with the right to follow his own ideology without restriction. This means that each person can believe in what they want, without prohibitions. Spain is a secular state and therefore is not obliged to adhere to any religious confession. The purpose of this work is to delve into the fundamental right of religious freedom in which we can observe from the antecedents before democracy, to the antecedents after this, and of course in our educational system, in which there have been many changes over the years.
