Resumen
[ES] En este trabajo se hablará sobre el despido disciplinario. Este se podría resumir como la extinción del contrato de trabajo por parte del empresario, al considerar este que el trabajador afectado a cometido una serie de faltas muy graves de acuerdo con la legislación vigente. Si el trabajador afectado es delegado sindical o del personal se le deberá abrir un expediente contradictorio, pero si el trabajador está afiliado a un sindicato el empresario deberá atender ante una audiencia previa con los delegados sindicales que representen al sindicato donde está afiliado dicho afectado. Todo lo expuesto aquí debe ser notificado al trabajador por parte del empresario mediante una carta de despido. Si no existiera esta carta el despido sería declarado improcedente o en su defecto nulo. Teniendo el empresario que iniciar nuevamente el proceso dentro de unos plazos legales y de forma y fondo correcto. En este trabajo también se tratarán temas como el despido disciplinario del personal público y de las particularidades de otros colectivos en relación con el despido disciplinario.

[EN] This work will discuss the disciplinary dismissal. This could be summarized as the termination of the employment contract by the employer, considering that the affected committed a series of serious offenses in accordance with current legislation worker.
