Resumen
[ES]En el presente trabajo Fin de Máster, perteneciente al Máster de Profesorado de
Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de
Idiomas, se abarca como tema principal “Las herramientas ofimáticas: tecnologías para
la optimización de tareas”.
El trabajo se divide en dos secciones diferentes. Por un lado, se desarrolla una
parte teórica, que versa sobre los conceptos de la ofimática, su análisis, procesamiento
y tecnologías más usadas; y por otro, la programación y unidad didáctica,
contextualizada en un centro de secundaria y el desarrollo de esta, sobre los contenidos
desarrollados en el estudio epistemológico.
En la primera parte, se realiza una fundamentación epistemológica sobre el tema
en cuestión, que contiene los antecedentes, el estado del arte, el desarrollo de
conceptos, las tendencias futuras y las conclusiones. En la segunda, se desarrolla la
proyección didáctica sobre una herramienta ofimática en concreto: “La hoja de cálculo”.

[EN]In this master dissertation, which belongs to the Master's degree titled "Compulsory Secondary Education, Bachillerato, Vocational Training and Language Teaching", the main theme is focused on "Office tools: technologies for the optimization of tasks." The project is divided in two different sections. On the one hand, a theoretical part is developed, which deals with the concepts of office automation, its analysis, processing and most used technologies; and on the other hand, the planning and the didactic unit, which is contextualized in a Compulsory Secondary Education school and its development focused on the contents developed in the theoretical framework. In the first section, an epistemological foundation is made and it deals with the central topic, which contains the background information, the state of the art, the development of concepts, the future trends in information technology and the 2 conclusions. In the second section, the didactic unit is about a concrete office automation tool: "The spreadsheet".
