The main objective is to create an intervention programme with the goal of promoting optimism in women diagnosed with breast cancer, improving their psychological well-being and quality of life. For this purpose, an interview will be conducted to select the sample and several assessments will be carried out using these instruments: LOT-R, Psychological Well-Being Scale, QLQ-C30 and BR23, CSI. The programme will be divided into blocks in which psychoeducation, optimistic explanatory style, training in coping styles and reinforcement of what has been learned will be worked on. It is hoped not only to meet the objectives, but also to be able to guide the participants through this stage in the least traumatic way possible.
