The work is divided into three chapters, which are: Globalization and Labor Relations, Collective national and international instruments to meet the challenge of globalization and finally International Labour Rights and Conflict: Case Bangladesh. After the study we believe that globalization has resulted in a variety of ways and, as a result, all companies-including Espanola’s- have decided to internationalize, which has resulted in a detrimental effect on the rights of the workers, which makes us ask ourselves why there is not adequate for regulatory mechanism internationally.
