APLICACIÓN DE HERRAMIENTAS DE MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD EN LA INDUSTRIA

Abstract

Este trabajo constas de dos partes diferenciadas, primeramente se hace una introducción de la empresa en la cual nos vamos a servir para realizar el trabajo, que es una empresa del sector del mueble de carácter familiar, seguidamente en la primera parte de este texto trata sobre la realización de un manual de calidad para esta, la segunda parte trata de la presentación y aplicación de la herramienta de calidad “5S” en la empresa del sector del mueble.

This work consists of two different parts, first there is an introducGon of the company in which we are going to use to carry out the work, which is a family-owned company in the furniture sector, then in the first part of this text it deals with the creaGon of a quality manual for this, the second part deals with the presentaGon and applicaGon of the “5S” quality tool in the company in the furniture sector.
