ANÁLISIS DE VIABILIDAD Y PREDISEÑO DE UN ALMACÉN REGIONAL PARA LA MEJORA DEL SISTEMA LOGÍSTICO DE UNA EMPRESA DEL SECTOR DE LA AUTOMOCIÓN

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se llevará a cabo el estudio de viabilidad sobre la creación de un almacén central con su correspondiente prediseño con la finalidad de mejorar el sistema logístico de una empresa perteneciente al sector de la automoción, Grupo Antolin. De este modo tras evaluar los distintos productos que se almacenarán y sus respectivas demandas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, se propondrán distintas alternativas para su almacenamiento de entre las cuales se seleccionará la opción óptima teniendo en cuenta la situación actual de dicho sector en España, el coste de implantación del sistema propuesto y las mejoras realizadas al sistema logístico de la empresa actual.

In this Final Degree Project, a feasibility study will be conducted on the creation of a central warehouse, along with its preliminary design, with the aim of improving the logistics system of a company in the automotive sector, Grupo Antolin. After evaluating the various products to be stored and their respective demands, both nationally and internationally, different storage alternatives will be proposed. From these alternatives, the optimal option will be selected, taking into account the current situation of the sector in Spain, the implementation cost of the proposed system, and the improvements made to the company's existing logistics system.
