[EN] In our globalising world, intercultural awareness has become a key objective in language teaching. While relatively few studies focus on intercultural pedagogical practices, greater attention is paid to the relevance of tele-collaborative projects in this sense, some of which involve specialized learning platforms like eTwinning. Thus, present study explores the ways eTwinning may enhance students’ intercultural development in Secondary Education. It focuses on a group of Andalusian EFL learners who participated in a triangular cooperation project with Turkish and Italians of similar characteristics and age. Qualitative data collected through observation, interviews and the portfolio were analysed on the basis of different intercultural models. Results suggested that eTwinning tasks have a positive influence on participants’ intercultural attitudes and skills, but conversely, they reveal that this type of didactic proposals may lead participants to minimize the intercultural differences found.
