Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo está enfocado a una de las empresas más importantes
de España, el grupo Inditex bajo la presidencia de su creador
Amancio Ortega cuyas actividades principales son el diseño, la
confección, producción y venta de accesorios, prendas de vestir o
artículos de decoración conocidos por la atractiva relación que
guardan calidad – precio. Hoy en día, Inditex es símbolo de éxito,
un referente de mercado y acierto ante cualquier intento de
inversión, estrategia competitiva o proyecto empresarial siempre
siendo consciente del riesgo financiero que pueda conllevar. Su
tipo de cliente está bien definido porque no hay un diseño
específico al que vaya dedicado sus colecciones, tampoco barreras
geográficas debido a su óptimo proceso de internacionalización
que le permite estar presente en cada uno de los continentes del
mundo, así como una sólida estructura financiera que le otorga el
poder de situarse como líder de mercado.
[EN] This work is focused on one of the most important companies in Spain, the Inditex group under the presidency of its creator Amancio Ortega whose main activities are the design, manufacture, production and sale of accessories, clothing or decoration items known by the attractive relationship that they keep quality - price. Nowadays, Inditex is a symbol of success, a benchmark in the market and a success when faced with any investment, competitive strategy or business project, always being aware of the financial risk it may entail. Their type of client is well defined because there is no specific design to which their collections are dedicated, nor geographic barriers due to their optimal internationalization process that allows them to be present in each of the world's continents, as well as a solid financial structure which gives it the power to position itself as a market leader.
