"The new organizational models emphasize the importance of well-being at work. Empirical evidence shows that well-being depends on different resources, including personal resources also known as positive psychological capital. The main objective of this study is to test whether there is a relationship between the dimensions of PsyCap (self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism) and psychosocial well-being. To this end, we worked with a sample of 153 workers whose data was collected through the ""Google Surveys"" questionnaire. Welfare has been evaluated based on the Questionnaire of general labor welfare (Blanch, Sahagún, Cantera & Cervantes, 2010), only using psychosocial welfare dimension, and positive psychological capital through the Spanish adaptation of the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-12; León, Antino & León, 2017). The results show a positive correlation supporting the relationship between PsyCap dimensions and psychosocial well-being at work."
