DESARROLLO CON TECNOLOGÍA BIM DEL PROYECTO PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UNA NAVE INDUSTRIAL DEDICADA A LA INYECCIÓN DE PLÁSTICOS EN EL POLÍGONO DE MARTOS-JAÉN

Abstract

Con este trabajo fin de grado se pretende introducir en esta nueva metodología para conocer las ventajas respecto a la metodología tradicional. Este trabajo va a constar de dos partes, una de ellas será teórica, en la cual se introducirá en la metodología BIM y otra parte práctica en la que se procede a modelar una nave industrial dedicada a la inyección de plásticos. En la parte teórica se pretende explicar en qué consiste esta metodología además de hablar sobre la historia del BIM y los efectos que ha producido esta nueva metodología en la construcción. Por otro lado, en la parte práctica se procede al modelado de una nave industrial para la inyección de plástico en donde se explicarán los comandos más importantes del programa utilizado. En el modelado de la nave industrial se modelará las partes más importantes de la nave industrial como son la cimentación, la estructura, la cubierta, entre otros. Una vez finalizado el modelado se procede a la obtención de diferentes documentos con ayuda de diferentes programas. Algunos de estos documentos son planos, mediciones, presupuesto, etc.
