Resumen
Para alcanzar una escuela para todos se requiere, entre otras medidas, una apropiada formación del profesorado, tanto inicial como permanente, regida por un doble objetivo: lograr la inclusión de todos los alumnos y alumnas en las aulas y fomentar la participación y colaboración entre los profesores tutores y los de educación especial. Con esta revisión e investigación bibliográfica pretendemos profundizar en un marco teórico sobre la formación del profesorado y la diversidad e inclusión educativa, centrándonos en las necesidades derivadas del trastorno del espectro autista. A lo largo de la revisión mostramos algunas investigaciones a cerca de las cuestiones mencionadas y una propuesta de formación para atender al alumnado TEA.
To reach a School for everybody it´s necessary, between some others aspects, an adapted teacher training, both initial and permanent, directed for a double objective: to achieve the inclusion of all the pupils in the classrooms and promote the participation and cooperation between tutors teachers and those of special education. In this review and bibliographical research we want to make a deep study of theoretical frame about teacher training, diversity and educational inclusion, focusing on the needs derived from the disorder of the autistic spectrum. Through this review we try to show some researches about the mentioned issues and a proposal of formation to attend students with ASD.
