Resumen
El trabajo desarrollado se ha basado en el diseño y simulación de una planta de producción de ácido acético de 75000 t/año con un 99'5% de pureza. Se ha realizado su simulación a partir del programa Aspen Plus, separándola en 2 etapas diferenciadas: etapa de reacción y etapa de separación. Además se ha realizado un análisis energético y una propuesta de integración energética a la red de intercambiadores, con el software Aspen Energy Analyzer. Por último, con ayuda del software Aspen Process Economic Analyzer se ha estudiado la viabilidad económica de la planta de ácido acético, objeto de este trabajo.
The work developed has been based on the design and simulation of an acetic acid production plant of 75000 t/year with 99.5% purity. It has been simulated using the Aspen Plus program, separating it into 2 different stages: reaction stage and separation stage. In addition, an energy analysis and a proposal for energy integration into the heat exchanger network were carried out with the Aspen Energy Analyzer software. Finally, with the help of the Aspen Process Economic Analyzer software, the economic feasibility of the acetic acid plant, the subject of this work, has been studied.
