[ES] El Gobierno invirtió dinero europeo para poner en marcha un Plan de Choque contra el desempleo joven mediante la instauración de una relación de medidas integradas en el Plan Nacional de Implantación del Sistema de Garantía Juvenil en España ¿Ha existido una política clara y directa que logre aminorar el elevado desempleo joven? O por el contrario, ¿Estas determinaciones han supuesto soluciones parche o coyunturales ante problemas estructurales en nuestro país? ¿El Plan Nacional de Garantía Juvenil en España ha tenido un impacto relevante en la contratación de los jóvenes? ¿Y a qué coste?

[EN] The government invested European money to implement an Action Plan against youth unemployment though the establishment of integrated measures in the National Implementation of the Youth Guarantee Plan in Spain. But, has a clear and direct policy ever existed to achieve the goal of reducing the high rates of youth unemployment? OR, on the contrary, have these determinations been patch-up or relevant solutions facing with structural problems in our country? Has the National Implementation of the Youth Guarantee Plan in Spain had an important impact on young people’s recruitment? And what has the price and the cost been?
