Actividad Física y Alimentación para evitar la Obesidad en Educación Infantil

Abstract

En este trabajo se desarrolla una Propuesta Didáctica que va a tratar sobre sugerencias para evitar la obesidad en Educación Infantil, desarrollándose una metodología globalizada, abierta, flexible y motivadora, apoyada en el aprendizaje significativo. La primera parte se basa en una introducción donde se recoge información de diversos autores sobre la ?actividad física, la alimentación y obesidad?. Por otro lado, una segunda parte en la que se desarrolla una Unidad Didáctica denominada ?RECOMENDACIONES SALUDABLES? que aproxima la comprensión de los contenidos anteriormente tratados al alumno favoreciendo un estilo de vida saludable a los niños y niñas de segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil, en este caso, cinco años. Se lleva a cabo por medio de una metodología constructivista, donde el alumnado crea su propio conocimiento obteniendo así un aprendizaje significativo.

In this work, a Teaching Proposal is developed that will deal with suggestions to avoid obesity in Early Childhood Education, developing a globalized, open, flexible and motivating teaching methodology, supported by meaningful learning. The first part is based on an introduction where information from various authors on physical activity, feeding and obesity is collected. On the other hand, a second part in which a Didactic Unit called ?HEALTHY RECOMMENDATIONS? is developed that approximates the understanding of the contents previously treated to the student favoring a healthy lifestyle to the children of second cycle of Childhood Education, in this case, of five years. It is carried out using a constructivist methodology, where students create their own knowledge, thus obtaining meaningful learning.
