Programa de intervención en optimismo disposicional en adolescentes de una residencia escolar para aumentar su autoestima y bienestar psicológico

Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo fin de máster propone un programa de intervención para adolescentes de 12 a 16
años, internos en una residencia escolar andaluza con una dificultad social extrema o en riesgo de
exclusión social. El objetivo es entrenar y mejorar su optimismo disposicional para aumentar su
autoestima y bienestar psicológico. Se utilizará un diseño cuasi experimental, con evaluaciones pre y
post intervención, así como seguimiento, empleando el LOT-R, la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg
y la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico para adolescentes. El programa consta de 8 sesiones a lo largo de
2 meses, con actividades de entrenamiento en optimismo disposicional. Se espera un aumento
significativo en la autoestima y bienestar psicológico al término del programa, con efectos a largo
plazo, así como mejoras en el ámbito personal, social y clínico.
[EN] The present master's thesis proposes an intervention program for adolescents aged 12 to 16, residing in an Andalusian school residence facing extreme social difficulties or at risk of social exclusion. The aim is to train and enhance their dispositional optimism to increase self-esteem and psychological well-being. A quasi-experimental design will be employed, with pre- and post-intervention assessments, as well as follow-up, using the LOT-R, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Adolescent Psychological Well-being Scale. The program consists of 8 sessions over 2 months, featuring dispositional optimism training activities. A significant increase in self-esteem and psychological well-being is expected at the program's conclusion, with long-term effects and improvements in personal, social, and clinical domains.
