PREVENCIÓN DE LOS FACTORES DE RIESGO ORIGINADOS POR UN USO INAPROPIADO DE INTERNET Y DE LAS REDES SOCIALES

Abstract

(ES)Internet apareció hace años con el fin de ser un medio de comunicación ininterrumpido durante la Guerra Fría. Actualmente, su utilidad ha cambiado, tanto que esta herramienta está presente en todos los ámbitos del ser humano, lo cual origina innumerables amenazas a las que hay que poner solución. El siguiente programa pretende: a) reducir el consumo de Internet y fomentar pasatiempos que no requieran estar en línea y b) concienciar y prevenir las problemáticas derivadas del mal uso de Internet y las redes sociales en la etapa de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. Ambos objetivos se conseguirán con distintas metodologías aplicadas en las diferentes tareas, las cuales se dividen en tres ámbitos: acción tutorial, orientación académica y profesional y atención a la diversidad. Una vez aplicado el programa al alumnado del instituto, se evaluará la asimilación y la puesta en práctica de los contenidos tratados, junto con las posibles limitaciones.

(EN)Internet appeared years ago in order to be an uninterrupted communication way for the Cold War. Nowadays, the Internet use has changed a lot, so that this tool is present in all area human, this lead to countless danger which must be resolved. The next program wants to: a) reduce the Internet use and encouraging hobbies without to be online and b) raise awareness and prevent the problems that bad use of Internet and the social networks cause in the high school. Both objectives will be get with different methods that are applied in different works, this tasks are divide in three fields: tutorial action, academic and professional orientation and diversity attention. When the program was applied to secundary students, the comprehension and the content application will be evaluated, with the possible limitations.
