Abstract

Este procedimiento nace como señala el Real Decreto por las exigencias relativas necesarias a la certificación energética de edificios de nueva construcción, establecidos en la nueva normativa del marco común europeo y del consejo del Gobierno. Más tarde una nueva disposición modificó el Real Decreto para incorporar los edificios existentes en la normativa.This procedure is born as indicated in the Royal Decree by the requirements related to the energy certification of new buildings construction, established in the new regulations of the common European framework and the Government Council. Later a new provision modified the Royal Decree to incorporate existing buildings into the regulations.
