Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es hacer una revisión sobre las Políticas de Igualdad de Género dentro del ámbito laboral situándolas dentro de su marco contextual y conceptual para posteriormente poder explicar cómo afecta la desigualdad de género al mercado laboral, al ámbito familiar y a la salud. También se justifica el uso de las Políticas de Igualdad de Género para acabar con la discriminación laboral que repercute negativamente en las relaciones laborales (y de otro tipo) entre hombres y mujeres. Para finalizar, se presentarán los organismos que velan para la correcta aplicación de estas políticas de igualdad desde la estructuración multinivel en la que se organizan, y se explicarán cuáles son las estrategias más eficaces para acabar con las desigualdades de género en el trabajo.
The aim of this research work is a review about Gender Equality Policies in the workplace placing them inside his contextual and conceptual framework and afterwards to be able to explain like gender inequality affecting to the labour market, to family environment and to the health. Also, the use of the Gender Equality Policies is justified in order to finish with the employment discrimination that has a negative impact on the labour relations (and other types) between men and women. Finally, the agencies, which look after the correct application of the equality policies, will be shown from the multilevel structure in which they are organized. Then, the most effective strategies to finish with the gender inequalities in the work will be explained.
