During the last decade, the number of Child-to-Parent Abuse (CPA) cases have significantly grown in our country. This increase is more evident in mothers, the main victims of this type of violence compared to other family members. In this sense, programs specifically aimed at them are lacking. For this reason, the aim of this paper is to make a proposal for an intervention program destined for mothers who have been victims of gender violence by their partner and now suffer from child-to-parent abuse by their sons, for whom this program is also intended. Therefore, a review of the psychosocial profile of both participants and the existing intervention program is carried out. Thus, this program is carried out both as an individual and group intervention, with both mothers and minors separately, in addition to a joint family intervention.
