Resumen
Este proyecto se basa en la apertura de una agencia inmobiliaria
para aprovecharnos de la pequeña subida de demanda que está
experimentando el mercado.
Para analizar este proyecto, vamos a seguir una serie de procesos:
En primer lugar, analizaremos el entorno y el mercado, evaluando
y conociendo a los posibles competidores y clientes. A
continuación, desarrollaremos un plan de marketing, donde se
marcará un patrón a seguir para dar a conocer nuestro servicio.
Después veremos los puestos de trabajo, la gestión de RRHH y
como se diseña y organiza la empresa. Y haremos un plan de
operaciones para describir detalladamente nuestro servicio, su
localización, su inversión y su evolución en el futuro.
Por último, se desarrollará una planificación económico-financiera
donde evaluaremos la viabilidad tanto económica como financiera
del proyecto. También, analizaremos los ratios y una conclusión
sobre los resultados que hemos obtenido.
This project is based on the opening of a real state agency to take advantage of the small increase in demand that the market is experiencing.
