En los último años, la adopción ha sufrido varias reformas, quizás una de las más importantes sea la última Ley 26/2015 de 28 de Julio de 2015 debido a las modificaciones que trae consigo y la novedad de la “adopción abierta”, un cambio que supone una posibilidad para los menores adoptados antes impensable.
[EN] Adoptions have suffered some reforms in Spain for the last years. Perhaps the most important reform is the last Law 26/2015 of 28th of July. This is due to changes which it brings with itself and the novelty of “open adoption”, a change that is a possibility for adopted children previously unthinkable.
