Este proyecto propone el desarrollo de una aplicación web para la gestión y seguimiento de pacientes
con diabetes tipo I. Su objetivo es proporcionar una plataforma donde pacientes, médicos y familiares
puedan acceder, registrar y analizar datos médicos relacionados con la enfermedad.
La diabetes tipo I requiere un control constante de la glucosa y un tratamiento personalizado. Sin
embargo, las aplicaciones existentes suelen ser limitadas en integración de datos y colaboración. Por
ello, esta plataforma busca facilitar la organización de información médica, ahorrar tiempo a los
profesionales sanitarios y fomentar la participación de pacientes y familiares en el seguimiento de la
enfermedad.
El desarrollo seguirá principios de diseño web y arquitectura cliente-servidor, estableciendo un modelo
de datos seguro y accesible. Se emplearán tecnologías modernas para garantizar una interfaz intuitiva,
integración de una API para conectar dispositivos de monitorización.
This project proposes the development of a web application for the management and monitoring of patients with type I diabetes. Its objective is to provide a platform where patients, doctors and family members can access, record and analyze medical data related to the disease. Therefore, this platform seeks to facilitate the organization of medical information, save time for health professionals and encourage the participation of patients and family members in monitoring the disease. The development will follow principles of web design and client-server architecture, establishing a secure and accessible data model. Modern technologies will be used to ensure an intuitive interface, integration of an API to connect monitoring devices.
