IMPACTO PSICOSOCIAL EN EL COLECTIVO DE ENFERMERÍA TRAS LA PANDEMIA DEL COVID-19: LAS VARIABLES SOCIODEMOGRÁFICAS

Resumen
La pandemia, declarada por la OMS el 11 de marzo de 2020, causada por el COVID-19 ha supuesto un gran impacto en todas las esferas de la vida humana. Sin embargo, no ha afectado de la misma manera a todos los colectivos. En el presente TFG se realiza una revisión bibliográfica que tiene como objetivo principal analizar cómo han afectado las diferentes variables sociodemográficas al colectivo de enfermería durante la pandemia del COVID-19. En cuanto a la metodología, se llevó a cabo una búsqueda de artículos en distintas bases de datos, las cuales fueron: Proquest, Science Direct, Google Académico y PubMed. La selección de los artículos se realizó en base a unos criterios de inclusión y exclusión que se redactaron en dicho apartado. En estos artículos se analizan las distintas variables sociodemográficas que afectaron al colectivo de enfermería a raíz de la pandemia causada por el COVID-19, encontrando un agravamiento de estas, además de algunas diferencias significativas entre las variables precedentes a la pandemia y las posteriores
The pandemic, declared by the WHO on 11 March 2020, caused by COVID-19 has had a major impact on all spheres of human life. However, it has not affected all groups in the same way. The main objective of this dissertation is to analyse how the different socio-demographic variables have affected the nursing collective during the COVID-19 pandemic. As for the methodology, a search for articles was carried out in different databases, which were: Proquest, Science Direct, Google Scholar and PubMed. The articles were selected on the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in that section. These articles analyse the different sociodemographic variables that affected the nursing community as a result of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, finding an aggravation of these variables, as well as some significant differences between the variables prior to the pandemic and those subsequent to it
