[ES]Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM), presenta diferentes objetivos marcados a través de un programa de orientación e intervención psicopedagógica, cuya finalidad reside la integración y adaptación del alumnado extranjero al centro de secundaria. Se emplea una metodología activa, además de la inmersión lingüística que da lugar a diferentes procedimientos motivadores. Este programa incluye diferentes actividades físicas, comprendiendo entre otras disciplinas, el yoga para favorecer la atención y la concentración que complementan a la parte motivadora. La relajación y el control postural serán la base para la mejora de las habilidades necesarias para un desarrollo integral del alumno.
Según López (2015), la sociedad actual está repleta de estrés y desorientación, sintiendo una necesidad urgente de recobrar el equilibrio emocional y la paz interior.
[EN]This Master’s Thesis (TFM) presents different objectives set through a programme of guidance and psycho-pedagogical intervention, the aim of which is the integration and adaptation of foreign students to the secondary school. An active methodology is used, in addition to the linguistic immersion that gives rise to different motivating procedures. This program includes different physical activities, including among other disciplines, yoga to promote attention and concentration that complement the motivating part. Relaxation and postural control will be the basis for the improvement of the skills necessary for the integral development of the student.
