Resumen
[ES] El engagement laboral es un aspecto importante que puede ayudar a mejorar el funcionamiento de
una empresa. Conocer las características que lo conforman, y los niveles que puede tener cada empleado es algo que puede ser de utilidad para conseguir trabajadores saludables que ayuden a que la organización sea más rentable.
Para conocer si un trabajador es “engaged” el Cuestionario UWES es la herramienta más validada en diferentes estudios. Tras contestar este cuestionario se puede saber si se es “engaged” o si no se es.
Se ha realizado una investigación con 35 sujetos que han respondido este cuestionario. Se ha dividido el estudio en cuatro grupos, basados en el ámbito laboral de cada sujeto: grandes empresas, pequeñas empresas, estudiantes realizando prácticas y trabajadores públicos. Con los resultados obtenidos se observa que solo unos pocos sujetos tienen la consideración de “engaged”, aunque la mayoría se encuentran en niveles cerca del “engagement”.
[EN] Work engagement is an important aspect that can help improve the operation of a company. Knowing the characteristics that make it up and the levels that each employee can have is something that can be useful to get healthy workers and these workers can help the organization. In order to know if a worker is considered engaged, the UWES Questionnaire is the most validated tool in the studies.
