EL TRABAJADOR AUTONOMO: LIMITACION Y APROXIMACION AL TRADE

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo se encuadra dentro del Área de las Relaciones Laborales, pudiendo tener un acercamiento directo con las asignaturas de Autoempleo, o Derecho del Trabajo.

Así, se ha tratado de realizar una investigación sobre los trabajadores autónomos, partiendo de la legislación vigente en la actualidad y desarrollando un análisis del TRADE mediante distintas sentencias. Para ello, el trabajo consiste en una breve introducción del autónomo y sus distintos autónomos, luego una especialización en el TRADE, delimitándolo muy bien entre el autónomo y el TRADE, y por último el caso práctico donde se conocen las distintas sentencias sobre el caso de Glovo, para entender a estos trabajadores que trabajaban en condiciones de TRADE.

Thus, an attempt has been made to carry out an investigation into self-employed workers, based on the legislation currently in force and developing an analysis of TRADE by means of different judgments. For this, the work consists of a brief introduction of the self-employed and its different self-employed, then a specialization in the TRADE, delimiting it very well between the self-employed and the TRADE, and finally the practical case where the different sentences are known about the case of Glovo, to understand these workers who worked under TRADE conditions.
