Abstract

Cristina García Rodero es una magnífica fotógrafa y artista, con gran importancia por su capacidad, técnica y personalidad, así como por su repercusión internacional. Su obra demuestra el interés humano, a través de las tradiciones, ritos y ceremonias religiosas, tanto las cristianas como las de otras culturas. Su fotografía tiene una gran importancia antropológica, así como documental, jugando con la gran calidad técnica y estética. Entre sus logros está ser la primera española en entrar en la Agencia Magnum, convirtiéndose en una maestra del arte de la fotografía, referente de la cultura española, gracias a su intuición y a su pasión.

His photography has great anthropological importance, as well as documentary, playing with great technical and aesthetic quality. Among her achievements is being the first Spanish to enter the Magnum Agency, becoming a teacher of the art of photography, a reference of Spanish culture, thanks to her intuition and her passion.
