Pese a que en un principio las reclamaciones de responsabilidad civil frente a abogados fueron escasas, en los últimos años, se ha producido un paulatino incremento del número de conflictos relativos a la responsabilidad civil en que pueden incurrir estos profesionales en e l desempeño de sus obligaciones. Son numerosos los pronunciamientos judiciales que dictan la negligente e imprudente conducta prestada por e l profesional durante el desarrollo de sus actuaciones generadoras de un pe1juicio a tercero, confirmando la obligación , por tanto, de resarcir dicho daño a través de la correspondiente indemnización. Todo ello pasa por examinar los parámetros que son exigibles a l a diligencia de un buen profesional jurídico.
