Resumen
El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar el sector textil español, para lo cual se va a realizar una introducción
histórica internacional y española, donde se destaca la industria textil catalana y la malagueña.
A partir de este estudio se pretenden encontrar estrategias que sirvan de apoyo a empresas textiles. Cabe
señalar que la industria textil ha tenido y sigue teniendo una gran relevancia en la economía Española.
Este sector textil se rige por la normativa de la unión europea y por la normativa nacional, por ello es necesario
un adecuado marketing internacional, unas auditorías internas y externas con objetivo de garantizar el
cumplimiento de las normativas y para analizar el entorno específico del sector textil nos centraremos en este
trabajo en dos modelos usados en la estrategia empresarial el Modelo de Porter y Matriz DAFO.
The objective of this project is to analyze the Spanish textile sector, for which a historical introduction, where the Catalan and Malaga textile industries stand out. From this study, we intend to find strategies that serve as support for textiles companies. This critical textile industry has had and continues to have great relevance in the Spanish company. This sector is governed by the laws of the European Union and by national rules, which is why adequate international marketing is necessary. Some internal and external audits to guarantee compliance with laws and analysing the specific environment of the textile sector, we will focus in this project on two models used in the business strategy, the Porter model and DAFO matrix.
