El Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) es un trastorno
neuropsicológico de curso continuo, con un inicio anterior a los tres años
de edad, que se manifiesta con una alteración cualitativa de la interacción
social y de la comunicación, así como con unos patrones
comportamentales restringidos, repetitivos y estereotipados con distintos
niveles de gravedad. En esta revisión, se ha tratado de ver si hay alguna
relación o comorbilidad existente entre el trastorno y la ansiedad,
utilizando para ello varios artículos científicos, así como conocer las
características principales que hay en la manifestación de la ansiedad en
personas con TEA.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neuropsychological disorder of continuous course, with or beginning before three years of age, which manifests with a qualitative alteration of social interaction and communication, as well as restricted, repetitive and stereotyped behavioral patterns with different levels of severity. In this paper, it has been tried to see if there is any relationship or comorbidity existing between the disorder and anxiety, using for it several scientific articles, as well as knowing the main characteristics that exist in the manifestation of anxiety in people with ASD.
