Resumen
[ES] Actualmente la tecnología nos rodea y nos obligada a adaptarnos a los continuos cambios sociales que afectan nuestra forma de actuar e interactuar con nuestro entorno.
Todos estos cambios también han llegado hasta las empresas y dentro de estás, de forma más concreta, al departamento de recursos humanos, donde las nuevas tecnologías se han convertido en el impulso que da lugar a las mejoras en las principales funciones de este departamento, permitiendo mejorar la eficiencia de las compañías y los empleados.
En este trabajo se va a estudiar dicha evolución dentro de los recursos humanos mediante un análisis que aborde los principales cambios en los métodos de trabajo y procedimientos tomando como fuente de las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas, y ver cómo han permitido una evolución en el trabajo tal y como lo conocemos. También se intentará prever hacia donde se dirige esta tendencia y evolución dentro del ámbito laboral.
[EN] Currently technology surrounds us and obliges us to adapt to the continuous social changes that affect our way of acting and interacting with our environment. All these changes have also reached the companies and within them, more specifically, the human resources department, where new technologies have become the impetus that leads to improvements in the main functions of this department, allowing improve the efficiency of companies and employees. In this work we will study this evolution within human resources through an analysis that addresses the main changes in work methods and procedures taking as a source of new technological tools, and see how they have allowed an evolution in the work such and as we know it. It will also try to anticipate where this trend and evolution in the workplace is heading.
