Resumen
El presente documento desarrolla un plan de negocio para la creación de una lavandería de
autoservicio en la ciudad de Riobamba – Ecuador. En este se detalla cada fase que interviene
en la implementación del mismo, como análisis interno y externo, análisis de mercado, plan
de marketing, perspectiva legal, plan de operaciones y el plan económico financiero. En este
último estudio se pudo identificar que la idea de negocio es rentable obteniendo un (VAN)
positivo de $ $ 139.132,44 lo que indica que los ingresos generados por el proyecto superan
la inversión inicial, una (TIR) del 30,76% lo que indica la rentabilidad del proyecto
potencialmente superando las tasas de interés o el costo de oportunidad de inversión. Estos
indicadores indican que la lavandería tiene un sólido potencial de generación de beneficios y
es una inversión financiera viable.
