Resumen
El interés de este trabajo es conocer las diversas políticas de empleo que existen en España para las personas con discapacidad, ya que son un colectivo que presenta diversas dificultades para conseguir empleo.
La finalidad de las políticas de empleo debe ser la integración del colectivo dentro del mercado laboral y lucha por la igualdad de oportunidades. Uno de los contenidos a tratar en el trabajo es la evolución de las políticas desde que se implantó la primera hasta la actualidad y conocer los diversos cambios normativos que han favorecido al colectivo.
Además conoceremos la situación laboral actual de las personas con discapacidad, los factores y las diversas alternativas y bonificaciones e incentivos económicos destinados a conseguir la integración del colectivo en el mercado laboral con un empleo digno y adecuado. Y finalmente explicaremos cuál es papel principal del Trabajo Social en un ámbito de actuación como es el empleo.
The interest of this work is to know the various employment policies that exist in Spain for people with disabilities because they are a collective that presents various difficulties in getting employment. The purpose of employment policies should be to integrate the collective into the labour market and fight for equal opportunities.
