Resumen
[ES]El cáncer de mama es la enfermedad más diagnosticada en los países
desarrollados, cada día la cifra de nuevos casos es más elevada. Su diagnóstico y
tratamiento suponen una situación estresante para las personas que la padecen. Por lo
que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo crear un programa de intervención con la
finalidad de aumentar el bienestar psicológico de mujeres con cáncer de mama con
ayuda del optimismo y el sentido del humor. Las hipótesis del trabajo son: 1. El grupo
experimental mostrará un aumento del optimismo y el sentido del humor, y una
disminución de la ansiedad con respecto al grupo control. 2. El grupo experimental
mostrará mayor bienestar psicológico que el grupo control, con el que no se llevará a
cabo el entrenamiento.

[EN]Breast cancer is the most diagnosed disease in developed countries, every day the number of new cases is higher. Its diagnosis and treatment are a stressful situation for people who suffer from it. Therefore, this work aims to create an intervention program in order to increase the psychological well-being of women with breast cancer with the help of optimism and a sense of humor. The hypotheses of the work are: 1. The experimental group will show an increase in optimism and a sense of humor, and a decrease in anxiety regarding the control group. 2. The experimental group will show greater psychological well-being than the control group, with which the training will not be carried out.
