El Principado de Roma y los Julio-Claudios

Abstract

(ES) El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en el análisis de manera profunda del Principado de Roma, en un primer momento, y posteriormente de la Dinastía Julios-Claudios. De manera introductoria he tenido que explicar el surgimiento de dicho Principado y los diferentes factores que lo complementaban, los elementos que tenían una gran función y eran determinantes para su desarrollo. Tras esto, y haber explicado la dinastía de los Julios-Claudios, era de vital importancia analizar las grandes fuerzas políticas que tenían un gran poder en Roma, tanto la Guardia Pretoriana, el Senado y el Ejército. Finalmente, se concluirá el trabajo haciendo una explicación de los principes que estuvieron al final de esta etapa y influyeron de manera determinante.

(EN) The objective of the present work consists in the deep analysis of the Principality of Rome, at first, and later of the Julius-Claudius Dynasty. In an introductory way I have had to explain the emergence of said Principality and the different factors that complemented it, the elements that had a great function and were decisive for its development. After this, and having explained the Julio-Claudian dynasty, it was of vital importance to analyse the great political forces that have great power in Rome, both the Praetorian Guard, the Senate and the Army. Finally, the work will be concluded by making an explanation of the princepes who were at the end of this stage and had a decisive influence.
